Demery CP-5

For the fifth meeting, the girls all met Hassan and Ankita out of class to work on their presentation. It was decided in the last workshop that Hassan and Ankita wanted to focus on some of the topics spoken of in previous workshops, especially the stereotypes vs. generalizations day. I’ve noticed that, throughout the workshop, Ankita and Hassan have found common ground in their cultural experience. This is not their only similarity, they have also been subject to multiple stereotypes about their cultural experience as well. It seemed fitting that they would choose this as their presentation topic. The meeting was spent working on the poster board and adding some organization flair to the presentation. Ankita and Hassan both had a pretty solid grasp on their material, so the meeting wasn’t too long.
