I know I may seem boring but I think it is beneficial for Seoha to
start each lesson by learning three new letters and words that go with these
letters! This part of our lesson rarely takes more than 10 minutes. After this,
we played a game of Simon Says…I got this idea from our class discussion and
Seoha seemed to love it! It was a great test of her listening skills. I would
say things such as “touch your nose”, “what noise does a duck make”, “write a
word using the blue crayon”. Along with playing Simon Says, I had her write
simple words such as home, cat, today, etc.
