Today I observed a Group 3 grammar class which focused on the topic of clauses and phrases. The class broke off into groups to discuss the different types of phrases and clauses that there area and also to discuss the difference between a clause and a phrase. The professor then asked the class to share what they had discusses and corrected any mistakes that they made while explaining each clause/phrase. The class again broke up into groups again and worked on a worksheet making phrases. To end the class, the students wrote some example sentences on the board and then the professor went over the sentenced with the students.
