Cailin CW #6

This workshop we met with the CIES students prior to them presenting their final projects! I was so excited to see them present what we have discussed this session and to hear them talk about each of our cultures. This experience was one like no other, to have each person be so open to learning about another’s culture is an amazing thing. We come from a world where people are sometimes shunned for being different, something which should never happened. It’s great for us all to come together and be willing to learn about and embrace another’s culture. I learned so much from talking with the CIES students. I wish them much success in the future endeavors and I’m truly honored to feel like I had a part in them learning English!
