For our 5th meeting with our group in the cultural
workshop, we helped to brainstorm ideas for their final project. We used all of
the worksheets and handouts as references for the poster they were going to
create. Most of our discussions had been about comparing and contrasting each
of our individual cultures, and the final project was centered around the same
idea. We incorporated our differences in religion for Dubai, U.S., and Ukraine
(Muslim, Christian/non religious/Catholic, Orthodox), classroom and academic
differences, and how we greet one another for the project. This was mostly a
brainstorming workshop.
