For this tutoring session I meet with Ali. He asked me at the end of the previous tutoring session if we could go back t focusing on reading comprehension since he felt that is where he needed the most help. So for this tutoring session I again found new articles online for him to read and answer some comprehension questions on. But afterwards I asked him if he could write a short summery for me on  the article in a few sentences. afterwards I read it and corrected and major grammatical mistakes I saw. Since he was a beginner level in writing I did not nitpick just choose to outline major issues. I knew Ali wanted help on reading but I also tried to incorporate different aspects so that he did get some practice on different aspects of English. And to see if he could explain a story in his own words in writing.
