The theme for this cultural workshop was Classroom Behavior. My group for this workshop was small, just Djamila and Julianna. We went through the checklist and compared them. It turned out that Burkina Faso and the USA are fairly similar in terms of standard classroom behavior. The biggest difference we found was that teachers often meet with students outside of school in Burkina Faso. While I have met with professors at coffee shops occasionally, it is pretty unusual and usually professors prefer to meet in their offices.
