Students were given to review for there quiz for the first 10-15 minutes of the class. In the class I saw an example of backwash, as one student said he only studied the spelling of the words (because he believed that was what was being tested). But the students were also tested on knowing definitions. I realized it would be beneficial to go over the format of a quiz with students so that they can be better prepared.
